Head Spa Therapist Tokyo Headspa – Sydney (Bondi Junction, Surry Hills)

$28 - $35 per hour (permanent rate of pay) + weekend penalty rates + tips & monthly performance bonuses.

Guaranteed hours - Full time or Part time, guaranteed hours each week. Either a morning shift or afternoon/evening shift. About the Role:-

As a Head Spa Therapist, you'll deliver deeply relaxing treatments including scalp massage, shampooing, hair-drying and consultations to help clients reduce stress and improve scalp and hair health. No prior experience in head spa is needed — full training provided.

Job Role Specifics:-

Rate of Pay (permanent pay rates): $26–$27 per hour for recent graduates or students$28–$35 per hour for experienced hair and massage professionalsPenalty rates for Saturdays and SundaysTips and monthly rebook incentivesHours - Full-time or Part-time positions with guaranteed hoursWe are open 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week and offer morning and evening shifts. (please note most positions require a mix of morning and evening shifts)

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:-

A genuine interest in hair and scalp health, relaxation therapies, and holistic wellnessProfessional grooming and presentation, with strong communication and customer service skillsThe physical capacity for 6–8-hour shiftsA willingness to learn and embrace Japanese wellness culture.
