Job Description
At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for an RFID Inventory Specialist to build on the success of our RFID program and continue transforming how we manage inventory across our brands. You'll play a key role in improving stock accuracy, reducing shrinkage and delivering data-driven insights that support better business decisions.
Working across Finance, Retail, Supply Chain and Technology, you'll be our RFID subject matter expert, partnering with teams across the business to solve complex challenges, champion best practice and drive continuous improvement in inventory management.
About The Role
Lead and manage RFID stocktake programs across stores and distribution operationsDrive stock integrity by analysing RFID data and identifying opportunities for process improvementInvestigate stock discrepancies, shrinkage trends, stock loss and inventory anomalies, recommending practical solutionsPartner with Retail, Finance and Logistics teams to improve inventory accuracy and minimise operational risk.Monitor key inventory metricsSupport month-end and year-end inventory reporting and audit requirementsIdentify systemic inventory issues and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the business
About You
Experience with and an understanding of RFID – essentialExperience in inventory management, retail operations or supply chainStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and turn insights into actionExcellent problem-solving and investigation skillsConfidence working with multiple stakeholders and influencing outcomes across different teamsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using reporting tools
