This is a key coordination role supporting our neurological, disability and community physiotherapy services.
Unley Physiotherapy is a well‑established allied health practice delivering high‑quality neurological, disability, and community‑based physiotherapy across clinic and home settings. We are seeking an organised, proactive coordinator to join our team and support smooth service delivery and an excellent client experience.
About the Role
Working closely with the Director, Neurological Team Leaders, and reception team, you’ll coordinate referrals, appointments, and communication across our neurological, disability, and home visit services, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate clinician diaries, home visits, and mobile services
Receive and triage neurological and disability referrals
Support onboarding of new clients and liaison with caregivers
Act as a central communication point between clinicians, clients, and referrers
Coordinate service agreements and documentation (NDIS, My Aged Care)
Contribute to process improvement and clear communication systems
About You
You’re highly organised, people‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Experience in allied health, disability, or community services is highly regarded, but strong coordination or administration experience from other sectors is also welcomed.
