Duties & Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications.
• Read, review and work from steel reinforcement schedules.
• Complete concreting works from start to finish, including preparation, boxing, basic formwork, screeding and finishing.
• Operate concrete trowel machines and assist with concrete pours and occasional vertical concrete works.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, following direction when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area throughout the project.
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Follow all site procedures, safety requirements and project specifications.

Skills & Experience

• Trade Certificate (essential)
• Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & Police Checks
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Commitment to workplace safety
