Customer Service Representative

Brackenbury Nutrition is a Leading Distributor of Sports Nutrition products. Our Fitness Vending Division is experiencing rapid growth and supplies to thousands of Gyms and Specialty Retail customers across Australia. We sell many of the most recognised and best sports nutrition brands and products available in the market.

We are currently looking for a motivated Customer Service professional to join our team. The role is office based and a Full-Time position.

Your primary role is to deliver the best possible day to day service support to all our customers. This includes the effective handling of inbound customer enquiries, providing information about products and services, fulfilment support and customer account administration.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.

The role will be responsible for the following:

• Receiving, handling and directing inbound customer enquiries

• Customer data management

• Processing customer orders and payments

• Customer order fulfilment support, liaison and reporting

• Customer account administration
