What You'll Do

• Take charge of the kitchen independently to deliver high-volume meal services across the site
• Execute expert bulk cooking and food preparation to meet strict service deadlines
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to the entire school community
• Ensure the kitchen meets all hygiene standards by managing dishwashing and cleaning tasks
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all internal food safety and quality protocols

About You

• Hold a Trade Certification and demonstrate a proven track record in professional cookery
• Show strong independence and the ability to manage kitchen workflows without supervision
• Exhibit a high degree of reliability and a commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Bring a positive energy to the kitchen and a focus on providing great customer experience
