Mount Zero Olives is a proudly Australian, vertically integrated food producer, wholesaler, and retailer, specialising in premium extra virgin olive oil, table olives, and condiments. Based in Sunshine West, we’re a team of 30+ passionate people who produce and package a growing range of 50+ products with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and collaboration.

We work closely with regional farmers, traditional landowners, and chefs to create meaningful, innovative food products that highlight provenance and local ingredients.

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable team player to join our Production Team on a full time basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your physical contribution directly impacts the quality of the products we create.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing and packing olives

• Machine operation - Set up, operate and pack down

• Bottling and packaging olive oil

• Blending and packing condiments

• Performing cleaning and changeover tasks

• Supporting a smooth and safe production line

• Maintaining a high level of quality assurance

You're enthusiastic, dependable, and love working with food. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and contribute to a tight-knit team. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience in food production or manufacturing (Food Handling Certificate is a bonus)

• Can work consistently at an efficient pace

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Physically fit (able to lift 15kg+)

• A positive, approachable attitude

• Deep understanding of safe hygiene practices

• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery

• Ability to troubleshoot machinery errors (Desirable, but not essential)

• A forklift licence (desirable, but not essential)
