About the role
We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse to the Gympie Permanent Nursing Pool.
The Clinical Nurse (CN) is required to lead and deliver person centred nursing care within a dynamic health environment at an advanced level based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.
The Clinical Nurse (CN) is expected to be able to practice autonomously and provide leadership in clinical decision making and assisting with Access and Flow. They have the responsibility for professional leadership in collaboration, and in the absence, of the Nurse Manager and an opportunity to work collaboratively to lead practice changes and clinical innovation.
This position has a unique role in accepting responsibility for designated aspects of patient care that require the application of advanced communication, clinical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities include:
Remuneration value up to $13• 934 p.a, comprising salary rates $5776 - $61.85 p.h., (part time, 72 hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NRG6(1)) (Permanent Part Time, 72 hours p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months.. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
