About the Role
As our Warehouse 2IC, you’ll be the right-hand person to the Warehouse Manager, helping to keep our warehouse running like clockwork. From loading and unloading trucks to ensuring our products are stored and dispatched safely, your role will be all about keeping our operations smooth and customers happy. You’ll also act as a point of support and escalation for your peers, maintaining a safe, organised, and high-performing workplace.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with organising and maintaining our warehouse to ensure stock is received, stored, and dispatched efficiently

• Loading and unloading of good from trucks and containers

• Pick and pack goods accurately for dispatch on nominated transport

• Support your team and act as a point of escalation for warehouse issues

• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines

• Build trusted relationships with customers and suppliers, you’ll be the voice and face they rely on to get things done

• Support the warehouse team and step in when the Warehouse Manager is away

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive warehouse experience with hands-on operational knowledge

• Current LF Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Licenses are essential

• Results-driven, autonomous, and a natural team player

• A resilient and reliable warehouse professional who takes pride in the work they deliver
