Industrial Machine Operator - Night Shift

The Position:

This is a night shift position,11:00pm - 7:00am, and is suited to an individual capable of learning and taking ownership of a critical production process, while working effectively within a team environment. Full training provided through a structured on‑the‑job buddy system

Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience is required for this position.

Pay and Shifts

• Hourly rate: $39.00 – $40.50 (inclusive of shift loading)

• A higher starting rate may be offered based on relevant trade qualifications and/or experience

• Training period:

• 3 weeks of training and induction on day shift (7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday)

• During this period, shift loading does not apply

What you will do:

• Operation and monitoring of large, complex industrial machinery

• Adjusting and maintaining production processes to meet quality standards

What you will bring:

• Strong focus on Occupational Health and Safety and quality standards

• Forklift licence preferred, or willingness to obtain

• Trade or heavy industrial background advantageous
