experienced Practice Manager or Senior Dental Administrator to join a modern, patient-focused dental practice in
Toowoomba. If you're organised, proactive and confident in a leadership role, this could be a great opportunity to grow with a supportive team.
💼 What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily practice operations and workflow
- Managing staff rostering and schedules
- Handling general administration and patient coordination
- Supporting the team to maintain high standards of care
- Liaising with clinicians to ensure efficient appointment flow
- Helping ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently

- Previous Practice Manager experience or strong dental administration experience with leadership skills
- Confident with staff rostering and organisation
- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Experience working within a dental practice
