Experienced Bar & Gaming Attendants

The Queens Hotel Gladstone is one of Central Queensland's fastest-growing hospitality venues, and we're looking for experienced Bar & Gaming Attendants who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced team members across both our Bar and Gaming operations for Casual positions. (Potential Full Time)

Bar Attendants

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service across our Main Bar, Sports Lounge, Restaurant and Functions.

You will have:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a busy bar environment

• Strong beverage knowledge including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails

• Confidence making cocktails and premium beverages

• Exceptional customer service skills

• RSA Certificate (Essential)

• RSG, Keno and TAB experience highly regarded

• Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays

Gaming Attendants

Our Gaming Team prides itself on creating a welcoming, compliant and entertaining environment for our guests.

You will have:

• Minimum 1-2 years Gaming experience

• Strong understanding of gaming operations and compliance

• Experience with promotions and loyalty programs

• Carded play experience highly regarded

• RSA & RSG Certificates (Essential)

• Keno and TAB experience desirable

• Availability across rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
