We have a great team in the kitchen and are looking for additional kitchen staff to build on our fantastic reputation. Plenty of parking and public transport nearby.

Job tasks and responsibilities

This position requires you to be proficient in hand stretching dough and cooking pizzas in a Wood fire oven with the ability to run a section alone during the weekdays making up to 100 pizzas in a day in harmony with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service and limited wait times.

Summer services are incredibly busy serving between 150-250 pizzas a day so requires someone who works well in pairs under pressure whilst having the ability to work to a high standard of cleanliness to meet demand.

You will be expected to keep prep and stock levels to business requirements as well as maintaining OH&S standards.
