About the role

We are seeking x2 Customer Service Officers to join the team at No Birds Car Rental.

These are casual positions for our 6 month busy season, with 38 hours per week.

Suitable for Locals and Travelling Visa holders.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of No Birds, delivering outstanding support and assistance to customers across all touchpoints. This role is vital to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

Position 1

Workdays: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sun.

You will be rostered at either our; Mascot Office (6am-2pm), or Sydney City Office (7am-3pm)

Position 2

Workdays: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat.

You will be rostered at either our; Mascot Office (1pm-9pm), or Sydney City Office (10.15am-6.15pm)

Key responsibilities

• Client Returns (check-in)

• Client Rentals (Check-out)

• Driving a mini-bus to and from the Airport for client Pick-up and Drop-off

• Telephone enquiries

• Office administration

• Assisting generally

What we're looking for

• Experience in a customer-facing role

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• A customer-first mindset

• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or upset customers

• High level of attention to detail

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• A valid Driver's licence

• The flexibility to work at either our Mascot, or Sydney City Office
