About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead our high performing Miranda store.

This is one of our top locations, and we're after someone who thrives in a fast paced, high pressure environment. As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store including team leadership, stock control, merchandising, and sales performance.

You will work closely with our Visual Merchandising team to make the most of your layout and will have the flexibility to tailor your store to suit your local customer base. Your ability to delegate effectively, stay organised, and lead under pressure will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver a premium customer experience

• Drive sales and achieve KPIs

• Take full control of stock including replenishment, transfers, and inventory accuracy

• Maintain strong merchandising standards in partnership with the VM team

• Build a culture of structure, accountability, and efficiency

About You

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally in a high volume setting

• Confident managing large amounts of stock and a fast stock turn

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Able to delegate and prioritise under pressure

• Passionate about service and results driven
