Crane Project Manager

McKay United is seeking an experienced Crane Project Manager to manage crane hire and lifting projects across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

This role would suit someone with strong crane industry knowledge who can manage projects from the initial enquiry and quotation stage through to planning, execution and completion.

• Manage crane hire and lifting projects across Eastern Melbourne

• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide practical lifting solutions

• Conduct site inspections and assist with crane selection and project planning

• Prepare quotations, tenders and project documentation

• Coordinate with operations, engineering, crane crews and subcontractors

• Ensure cranes, personnel, transport and equipment are scheduled correctly

• Monitor project costs, variations, timelines and commercial outcomes

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site and regulatory requirements

• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout each project

• Build strong client relationships and identify future work opportunities
