About the role
As our Bookings Officer, you'll be the driving force behind seamless venue bookings across South East Leisure venues, building strong client relationships, coordinating venue use, and managing accounts to deliver an exceptional client experience from enquiry to payment.
You'll provide clear direction, communication and support to team members, ensuring they manage booking enquiries effectively and meet the needs of user groups.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivers exceptional customer service, is confident using technology, and is motivated to build a rewarding career in a customer-focused environment.

Established in 2022 by the City of Greater Dandenong, South East Leisure currently manages and
operates the following council-owned venues:
These facilities attract over 2 million annual attendances and are a significant and important interface between Council and our diverse community.
South East Leisure is leading the way in community health and recreation, and we’re preparing for our next big chapter – the opening of the $120m Dandenong Wellbeing Centre in July 2027. This landmark venue will deliver state-of-the-art aquatic, fitness and wellbeing experiences for one of Victoria’s most culturally diverse communities. It's something you’ll want to be a part of!
