Jaydo is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced water infrastructure professionals to support a growing pipeline of Capital Delivery projects across Melbourne's North Western Region.

Jaydo is a Victorian civil construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering water, sewerage, drainage and related infrastructure works across Victoria. We are known for our long-term client relationships, practical delivery approach, experienced field crews and self-perform capability.

We are looking to connect with capable and motivated individuals who have a strong background in civil construction and water infrastructure delivery and are interested in joining a business that values safety, quality, teamwork and long-term career development.

Working within our Capital Delivery division, you will play a key role in delivering critical water infrastructure projects across Melbourne's North West.

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Supervising civil construction crews and subcontractors

• Coordinating daily site activities

• Leading teams to safely deliver project outcomes

• Installing water, sewer and drainage infrastructure

• Reading and interpreting construction plans

• Maintaining strong safety, environmental and quality standards

• Building positive relationships with clients, crews and stakeholders

To be considered, applicants must have:

• Demonstrated experience in water infrastructure construction

• Experience working on water, sewer or drainage projects

• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• The ability to work effectively within a high-performing team

• Relevant industry tickets, licences and qualifications applicable to the role

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
