Based in Carrum Downs, Drew's Doors is a Commercial and Industrial door company with a fierce reputation for getting work done and having some fun. We work with a whole range of major companies across Melbourne to install, upgrade, or maintain their Industrial doors – and we’re looking for a superstar Customer Experience Officer / Storeperson to come join our team!  Have you got what we are looking for?

What are we looking for?

We're looking for an all-rounder who is equally comfortable helping customers, managing stock, coordinating technicians and keeping our operations organised.

What we need from you:

What the day to day will look like:

1. Assisting with customer enquiries by phone and email

2. Assisting with coordinating clients and technicians

3. Receiving deliveries - Let us know if you have a forklift license, if you don't don't worry, we'll get you one!

4. Maintaining stock levels

5. Ensuring plant and equipment is maintained, and records of all inspections and repairs are kept.

6. Keeping on top of WHSE requirements, updating SWMS, hazard registers, etc. as needed
