Specialising in disability support and aged care, our boutique practice focus is simple: helping our team and our clients live their best lives.

Benefits & Perks

• Sustainable & Rewarding Remuneration: $87,500 to $100,000 starting base salary (commensurate with your experience) paired with a $400 per month On-Target Earnings (OTE) bonus for achieving just 100 billable hours per month (approx. 4.6 hours per day).

Your Role & Caseload

Supported by a collaborative team, you will deliver evidence-based interventions across an interesting Adult and Paediatric caseload:

• NDIS functional assessments (including Independent Living & Specialist Disability Accommodation).

• Comprehensive Daily Living Skills training and implementation plans.

• Assistive Technology prescriptions and customized home modifications.

• Specialized Mental Health assessments and therapeutic interventions.

• Sensory assessment profiles and targeted clinic interventions.

Skills & Experience

We want to set you up for success. To be considered for this role, you must hold:

• Current AHPRA registration as a practicing Occupational Therapist.

• Practical clinical experience within disability support or aged care frameworks.

• Excellent clinical reasoning, assessment writing, and communication skills.

• Genuine passion for multi-disciplinary teamwork and client-centered goals.

• Active working rights within Australia and relevant compliance clearances.
