​Beyond Safety is a small, down-to-earth team specializing in safety footwear, workwear, and in-house embroidery. It’s a fast-paced environment where no two days are quite the same — we work hard to keep our customers sorted, but we keep the atmosphere relaxed and enjoy a laugh while getting the job done.

​The Role

​This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) focused on delivering great service and keeping our custom orders running smoothly.

​Key Responsibilities

​ Customer Service: Greet customers, provide product advice, and help everyone find the right fit.

​ Job Coordination: Manage workflow for our embroidery and printing services, booking in jobs, and tracking order details.

​ Showroom Standards: Help with merchandising and keep the store looking sharp.

​ Digital Content (Bonus): Handy with social media or Canva? There’s room to help with our digital content, though it’s not essential.

​Schedule & Availability

​ Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

​ Availability: Must be available to work every second Saturday
