Guide injured workers back to work through complex case management, workplace visits & collaboration with employers, insurers & health professionals.

About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you’ll support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, helping them achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

• Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plans
• Build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomes
• Deliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomes
• Monitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes

The requirements:  

• Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Osteopath or Registered Nurse
• Registration with the relevant Professional Body; AHPRA or ESSA
• Full Australian work rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
