Our Cardiac Catheter LabsCabrini’s three Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratories perform over 3000 procedures a year. More than 30 cardiologists, representing diagnostic, interventional and electrophysiology cardiology, have regular sessions within the Laboratory. Our Cath Labs are technology-driven, patient-focused, and designed for excellence. With advanced Interventional, Electrophysiology (EP), and Structural Heart capabilities, we are committed to providing the highest standard of cardiac care in a collective and innovative environment.
About the roleAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Registered Nurse to join Cabrini’s Cardiac Services team as our Cardiac Cath Lab Clinical Outcomes Coordinator to help shape the future of cardiac care at Cabrini.
This specialised role is central to ensuring the quality, integrity and accuracy of clinical data across our Cardiac Catheter Laboratory and Structural Heart Program. Working closely with clinicians, nursing teams and operational stakeholders, you will coordinate cardiac registry reporting, support clinical governance and quality improvement, and help us understand and improve outcomes for our cardiac patients.

How you will make an impactManage the collection, validation and submission of clinical data to relevant state and national cardiac registries, including ACOR, ACE and VCOR.
Work collaboratively with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, anaesthetists, nursing staff, research teams and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting of procedural and patient outcomes across PCI, TAVI, structural heart interventions, ICD and CRT procedures
Play an important role in translating clinical information into meaningful insights—supporting benchmarking, clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives across Cabrini’s cardiac services.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best-practice initiatives within a well-established and highly regarded service.
Current registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse
Victorian Working with Children Check
Demonstrated experience working in Cardiac Catheter Labs with a strong understanding of cardiac procedures in both interventional and structural Cardiology
Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment
strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
highly organised and detail-focused
