Are you an experienced Fire Protection Estimator looking for your next challenge? At Equans, we're growing our Fire & Mechanical Services team and are seeking a driven, commercially minded professional to help shape exciting projects across Victoria.

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for estimating and tendering dry fire projects, minor works, project variations and defect rectification works. You'll work closely with clients, builders, consultants and internal teams to develop winning solutions while driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Bring

✅ 3-6 years' experience estimating dry fire systems (Detection, EWIS, VESDA)
✅ Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, including AS 2118 and AS 2419
✅ Experience interpreting construction drawings and specifications
✅ Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
✅ A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong commercial acumen
