A Peek Into Your Petstock Day

Providing outstanding dog grooming services in store.Drive the profit and sales success of the salon, achieving and exceeding sales targetsCoordinate the salon and clients including bookings in conjunction with the Store ManagerAssist store shop floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactionsMaintaining specific breed clips, while consistently upholding grooming standards and brand/product knowledgeManaging and coaching junior groomersCreate strong safety mindset, committed to fostering a culture of safety within your team

Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?

Experience in a similar role or a senior Groomer ready to take that leadership step in their careerAbility to create and embed strong safety practices throughout the salon and storeGood knowledge of specific breed clips, with a commitment to maintaining grooming styles and brand/product knowledgePhysically fit, with the ability to lift heavy animals as requiredDemonstrated experience in handling and working with live animalsMaintain advanced understanding of zoonotic and skin diseases and how to identify themProven ability to exceed grooming KPIs through high-quality care, customer satisfaction, and strong team collaborationExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers and team membersStrong attention to detail
