Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor

About the role

Streeterlaw is a Specialist Litigation firm. The Commercial Disputes Resolution team, led by an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation, is seeking to appoint a Solicitor with 5+ years experience in Commercial Litigation for a part-time position - 3/4 days per week (whatever suits you best). There is also the opportunity to work from home one day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation on complex matters

• Conduct a range of commercial litigation matters on a day-to-day basis

• Brief and instruct counsel

• Mentor an excellent Junior Solicitor

About you

• 5+ years experience in Commercial Litigation

• Current practicing certificate

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to a work environment

• Personable, confident and self-motivated team player
