• $70,038 per annum pro rata + 25% loading ($44.30 per hour)
• Penalty rates apply for weekends.
• 15% Employer Superannuation

Your Role

As the Swimming Instructor you will:

• Instruct and deliver the Learn to Swim Program
• Conduct swimming lessons, catering for a wide range of age groups & swimming abilities.
• Ensure the safety of patrons participating in swimming lessons.

What You will Bring:

To thrive in this role, you will have the following:

• A current Austswim accreditation
• Demonstrated experience & knowledge of Swimming and Water Safety instruction.
• Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to upholding values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Service Excellence and Continuous Improvement in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
