If you love pace, complexity and the chance to make a real impact, keep reading!
This role sits at the centre of it all. Competing priorities. Big expectations. Plenty of moving parts.
You'll lead a talented team of Training Partners, work alongside leaders across Claims and play a key role in bringing our Capability Strategy to life. Success won't come from saying yes to everything. It'll come from knowing where the value sits, cutting through the noise and helping people focus on what matters most.
You'll have the opportunity to challenge thinking, try new approaches, influence decisions and help us build capability that creates real performance outcomes for our people and our customers.
Capability has the power to change careers, performance and outcomes. Help us push what's possible and build something that makes a genuine difference.
