Are you passionate about helping customers feel confident in their insurance decisions? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Engagement Consultant to join Zurich's Ezicover General Advice team, reporting to the Advice Director - General Advice.

In this phone-based role, you'll support customers with enquiries and fact-based general advice, helping them make informed choices about Zurich's Ezicover products. You'll also play an important role in supporting the Advice Director - General Advice and the broader Ezicover team, contributing to a smooth, efficient and customer-focused advice experience.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• Customer service, contact centre leadership, insurance, broking or advice experience highly regarded
• Warm, confident communicator who enjoys helping customers
• Able to work at pace and manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly
• Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement
• RG146 accreditation highly preferred
