Disability Support Worker - Day Program (Merrylands)

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. Your role will include:

• Assisting clients with personal care and daily living tasks
• Supporting clients in community participation and social activities
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients

Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - A valid driver’s license and reliable transport - A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
