About the opportunity 

We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator. You will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient support to our project teams on site with regular and ongoing travel required FIFO. 

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

• Manage site rosters, flight bookings and accommodation
• Raising purchase orders, receipting in goods and reconciliation of invoices
• Ensure that all office functions (administration, document control, filing system, records, clerical recording, software licensing etc.) are effectively managed and organised.
• Maintain all stock levels as required, such as PPE and Office items.
• Other duties as required. 

About you

• Excellent attention to detail, ability to enter important data efficiently and accurately
• Ability to adapt to rostering changes and ensure communication is maintained with site personnel
• Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to travel to site when required
• Strong proficiency across MS Office applications and other databases (QSAM Workflow, CMS)
• Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to work in a fun and dynamic team culture
