In the heart of the Hunter Valley’s bustling real estate scene, we’re on the hunt for a new face to represent our brand. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to welcome a ‘Front of House’ Rockstar to our dynamic team — someone whose warmth, enthusiasm and personality shine through in every interaction. This is an entry-level opportunity, and a genuine launching pad into a career in real estate.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, 8:30am to 5pm. Pay is above the Clerks – Private Sector Award, recognising that while this is an entry-level position, we want the right person properly rewarded.

Primary Tasks

• Being the welcoming voice behind every inbound phone call, email and web enquiry.
• Seamlessly redirecting clients to the right team members, ensuring a smooth handover.
• Scheduling and managing appointments, keeping our team’s calendars running like clockwork.
• Tackling a range of general administrative duties with flair and precision.
• Making every client feel the warmth of our brand through your enthusiastic, professional interactions.
• Supporting the wider team with office tasks and contributing to a positive, energetic workplace.

Essential Skills & Experience

• No prior experience necessary — this is an entry-level role and a genuine way into the industry. We’ll teach you the rest.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A natural ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy, with a willingness to get to grips with new digital tools and systems.
