No prior restoration experience is required, full training is provided. This role suits people with experience in carpentry, building, plastering, trades assistant work, maintenance, or other practical hands-on roles.

What You’ll Do

As a Restoration Technician, you’ll assist with restoring properties after water or mould damage. This includes:

• Inspecting and assessing water-damaged properties

• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment

• Completing reports for insurance purposes

• Communicating professionally with clients and our office team

• Attending jobs across Adelaide and throughout South Australia

• Participating in an on-call roster and occasional overnight stays

About You

You’ll likely be a good fit if you:

• Have practical skills or a trade / building background

• Enjoy hands-on work and problem solving

• Take pride in doing quality work

• Are reliable, physically fit, and motivated to learn

• Communicate well with clients and teammates

• Hold a current driver’s licence

• You must also have full working rights in Australia.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• White Card

• IICRC certification

• Trade or building experience

• Insurance repair or restoration experience
