Fundraising Database and Insights Advisor

Join MacKillop's Fundraising and Philanthropy team as a Fundraising Database & Insights Advisor and play a key role in driving fundraising success through data, systems and donor insights.

We are seeking a data-driven professional to join our team in playing a key role as a Fundraising Database & Insights Advisor, in managing fundraising systems, maintaining CRM data integrity, and delivering insights that support donor engagement and revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Fundraising Lead you will:

• Maintain data integrity, security and accurate donor records across Raiser's Edge and integrated systems.
• Manage CRM integrations, data imports/exports and system enhancements to improve fundraising efficiency and user experience.
• Reconcile donation income and fundraising data, working closely with Finance to support accurate reporting and compliance.
• Deliver reports, donor analysis and data-driven insights to support fundraising performance, planning and decision-making.
• Prepare targeted data selections, maintain campaign tracking structures and provide performance insights to maximise fundraising outcomes.
• Partner with internal teams to fulfil data requests, support campaign delivery and provide system training and guidance.

This is a part time (0.8 FTE) ongoing opportunity based in South Melbourne, VIC within our Community Engagement team. The position reports to the Fundraising Lead.

 KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role required
• Experience using Raiser's Edge or a similar CRM system, including campaign management, data administration and reporting.
• Strong data management, reconciliation and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders.
• An understanding of and commitment to Aboriginal culture, values and the issues impacting Aboriginal children, young people and families.
