Experienced Bartender/ Mixologist

Originally built in 1998, The Playford has recently undergone a multi-million-dollar refurbishment, including the stunning Luma Restaurant and Bar, which has received prestigious global design awards. Beyond its striking aesthetics, Luma delivers exceptional award-winning cuisine, recently earning 2 AGFG Chef Hats.

About You:

• You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Management Team to curate menus specialising in fine beverages and unique cocktails

• Create memorable experiences for our guests by getting to know their needs and providing exceptional service

• Together with the Restaurant Manager, ensure that the appropriate hygiene, brand standards and cost control measures are in place

What you need to be successful:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury bar 

• Excellent knowledge of a wide range of wine, spirits and cocktails 

• A flair for creating a rapport with guests and colleagues 

• Knowledge of safety and hygiene requirements

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required
