The Roles

We're recruiting across multiple positions to keep up with demand:

•      Security Technician — installation, servicing & fault-finding across CCTV, access control, alarms & intercoms

•      Telecommunications Technician — structured cabling, hosted phone systems & network infrastructure work

•      Qualified Electrician — bring your ticket, learn a specialised, future-proof niche

•      Apprentices (Security & Telco) — earn while you learn a genuine trade with real career pathways

No matter which role fits you, expect variety. One day you're on a CCTV install, the next you're troubleshooting an access control fault, the next you're pulling cable through a new commercial fit-out. You'll work across mainly commercial and government sites throughout the Riverina.

What You'll Be Doing

•      Installing and servicing CCTV, access control, security alarms, hosted phone systems and medical alarms

•      Structured cabling and associated works

•      Fault-finding and system diagnostics on-site

•      Explaining systems and handing over completed jobs to clients

•      Working solo and as part of a close-knit technical crew

This is full-time work with standard hours, occasional overtime, and travel across Regional NSW.

Who We Want

You don't need to check every box below — we're just as interested in the right attitude as the right resume.

•      Technicians with 2+ years' experience in security, telco, or electrical work

•      Qualified electricians looking to diversify into security and telecommunications

•      Apprentices with the drive to learn a genuine, in-demand trade

•      Tradespeople from other industries with strong practical skills and a willingness to retrain

•      Anyone who's reliable, hands-on, and good with people — clients notice the difference

Bonus points for:

•      NSW Security Licence (Installer/Technician)

•      Cabling Licence

•      White Card

•      Current Driver's Licence

•      Australian work rights (required)
