NDT Tech Ops Pty Ltd is a growing Australian engineering services company specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), asset integrity, and quality assurance. We deliver critical technical inspection and engineering compliance support across the mining, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.
With our operations expanding across Western Australia, we are looking for a motivated, process-driven Contract Administrator to join our team in Perth.
About the Role
Based in-person across our Perth facilities, you will play a key role in the smooth delivery of our engineering and inspection projects. You will handle the end-to-end lifecycle of contract documentation, manage work order variations, and coordinate closely with our project managers, accounts team, field inspectors, and Tier-1 clients.

Key Responsibilities
Administer engineering service contracts from project commencement through to completion.
Prepare, review, and maintain quotations, purchase orders, client contracts, and project records.
Oversee sub-contractor allocations and verify timesheet compliance against site sign-offs.
Track variations to work orders and monitor contract performance against agreed commercial terms.
Manage digital document control, ensuring technical inspection reports are accurately archived and issued.
Support management with formal tender submissions and budget/cost tracking.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications or Experience: A Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Business, Admin, IT, or a related field; OR at least one (1) year of experience in a similar contract, project, or commercial administration role.
Industry Background (Desirable): Prior exposure to engineering, mining, heavy construction, or NDT/technical reporting environments is highly regarded but not essential.
Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), with experience utilizing electronic document systems or cloud accounting software (like Xero).
Soft Skills: Sharp attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
