About the Role

GetFish is looking for an enthusiastic Fish Handler / Fish Packer to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on early morning starts, enjoys working as part of a busy team, and takes pride in doing the job well.

Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus a half day Saturday. Early morning starts.

What you'll be doing:

• Handling, sorting and packing fresh seafood to a high standard

• Maintaining quality, hygiene and food-safety standards throughout

• Keeping the work area clean, organised and running smoothly

• Working efficiently as part of a fast-paced team to meet daily dispatch

What we're looking for:

• A positive, can-do attitude and plenty of energy

• Reliability and a strong work ethic — someone we can count on for the early starts

• The ability to work well in a team and keep pace in a busy environment

• Previous experience in fish handling, seafood, or food processing preferred (but not essential for the right attitude)

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a chilled environment
