What's on offer?
As a Workforce Participation Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the region's strategic approach to diversity and inclusion across a number of business areas in NSW. A key focus of the role will be to increase inclusion, diversity and social procurement outcomes across our projects, ensuring alignment with existing government policies and strategies. You will partner closely with Senior Managers to develop and implement long-term workforce participation strategies that drive meaningful change across the business. Based at our Alexandria Head Office, this role forms part of the regional People and Culture team and offers the opportunity to influence and shape sustainable workforce initiatives across the region.

To be successful in this role you will have relevant experience coupled with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, theories, and best practices. You will have strong interpersonal skills with a passion for stakeholder engagement and working collaboratively. You will have a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and developments in diversity and inclusion.
