An exciting opportunity is now available for a Professional Year Candidate / Provisional Financial Adviser to join Zurich Assure and take the next step toward becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.

Zurich Assure is Zurich's Australian life insurance advice business, committed to helping all who need it find the cover they need to protect everything they live for. It combines specialist life insurance advisers and expertise, with digital tools that make the advice process quick and simple - the way life insurance advice should be.

The role offers a structured, supportive pathway to grow your career in financial advice while contributing to Zurich Assure's ongoing success. Working alongside an authorised Zurich Assure Financial Adviser, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end advice process, building the technical knowledge, professional behaviours and customer-focused skills needed to deliver quality personal advice.

As you achieve key Professional Year milestones, your responsibilities will grow under appropriate supervision, giving you the confidence and experience to thrive as a future Financial Adviser.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• Eligibility to commence, or current enrolment in, a Professional Year under the Financial Adviser Standards framework.
• An approved qualification that satisfies, or is progressing toward satisfying, financial adviser education requirements.
• A genuine passion for building a career as an insurance specialist Financial Adviser.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with customers and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to learning, with the ability to take on feedback and apply new knowledge quickly.
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
• A positive team mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; retail life insurance experience will be highly regarded.
