We're looking for experienced Industrial Painters and Blasters to join our growing team.

If you've spent years doing FIFO, DIDO, shutdowns or long swings away from home and you're ready for something different, this could be the move you've been waiting for.

You'll work locally from our facility on interesting industrial projects, with a 6:30am start and finish in the afternoon, so you're home every night.

We're looking for experienced industrial painters and/or abrasive blasters who:

• Are reliable and able to consistently meet our 6.30am start time

• Have proven experience in industrial painting, abrasive blasting or protective coatings

• Understand surface preparation and coating application

• Take pride in the quality of their work

• Can work safely and independently

• Are reliable and turn up ready to work

• Have a positive attitude

• Work well as part of a team

• Are willing to learn and develop

• Are looking for a long-term local career, not simply the next job

• Have unrestricted working rights in Australia and be able to provide evidence of your right to work

Relevant trade qualifications, tickets and industry experience will be highly regarded.

Skill matters. But attitude matters just as much.
