We're currently on the lookout for a Project Engineer to bolster our dynamic team.

This role is based in our West Leederville office; a hub of collaboration, fostering a positive company culture that values teamwork, creativity, and personal growth. Reporting to the Lead Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Managing and delivering offshore projects:
Client interface and collaboration;
Assisting in the preparation of project estimate and project documentation;
Ensuring projects are delivered within approved cost, by monitoring and controlling spend;
Demonstrating effective leadership, mentoring graduate engineers and giving direction to engineering teams;
Managing projects whilst offshore;
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties, both onshore and offshore;
Ensuring compliance with all of AME’s policies and procedures.

An Engineering degree (Ocean/Petroleum/Mechanical);
1-5 years' experience in a similar role;
Experience in managing small to medium-sized design projects;
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team;
Oil and gas experience preferred;
Offshore experience preferred;
Experience in subsea engineering/ drilling and completions;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic;
Have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety;
Be prepared for both local and international work travel;
Ability to pass an OEUK medical and BOSIET course.
This role is based at our West Leederville office. If you are not based in Perth, please address relocation plans in your cover letter.
