Rather than reacting to illness, our model is built around proactive, personalised health — combining epigenetic testing, biomarker tracking, and personalised supplement protocols with real clinical oversight. We're a fast-growing Sydney-based health membership backed by a passionate founding team, and we're looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join us at a pivotal point in our clinical model.

Job Description

Most Nurse Practitioner roles get scoped around what the doctor doesn't have time for. We're building the opposite at TMRW.

We're a proactive health membership, and we're hiring a part-time NP into the centre of our clinical model. This isn't an admin-support role — it's a genuinely clinical one, working closely alongside our existing Nurse Practitioner and supervising GP.

You'll be responsible for:

• Supporting and reviewing blood requisitions

• Reviewing and triaging pathology results

• PBS-eligible prescribing within your scope of practice

• Co-reviewing medical plans alongside our supervising GP

• Direct member conversations about results, treatment plans, and next steps

We're creating this role because our current NP has been such a success in this model that we're expanding the team. You'll work alongside them, escalating to our functional/supervising doctors where needed.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner

• Endorsement for scheduled medicines (PBS prescribing)

• Experience reviewing and triaging pathology/blood results

• Comfortable with direct, member-facing conversations about health results and treatment

• Experience or strong interest in preventative health, longevity, or functional medicine highly regarded

• Comfortable working within a small, fast-moving team and collaborating closely with a supervising GP
