We are currently seeking two Roadworthy Technicians to join our workshop.
Working with Pakenham Mazda, you will:
· Build a solid career within a respected automotive group
· Work alongside experienced, highly skilled technicians
· Perform your role in a modern, well-equipped workshop
· Receive ongoing support, training, and professional development through Mazda Australia
· Become an essential part of our service and safety inspection team
As an RWC Technician, you will:
· Conduct Roadworthy Certificate inspections in line with Victorian regulations
· Identify, document, and report vehicle faults and compliance issues
· Use specialised diagnostic and inspection equipment
· Carry out safe and accurate repairs where required to achieve RWC compliance
· Maintain a clean, organised work environment
· Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding inspection outcomes
To be successful in this role, you should:
· Hold current RWC accreditation (Licensed Vehicle Tester Accreditation (LVT))
· A full manual Driver’s licence
· Work methodically to problem solve/fault find
· Be well presented with a positive, professional attitude
· Take pride in accuracy, safety, and quality workmanship
· Have strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
· Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills
