Who are we?   

Sitemax is a company that supplies a full range of containment mesh and signage products for wrapping around the scaffold and fences of any construction or development project. Sitemax has been in business since 2003 and is fast-growing.

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Client Support Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve enquiries, coordinate solutions, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and energetic team that values accountability, teamwork, and delivering outstanding service every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner 

• Assist customers with order tracking, delivery follow-ups, and general support enquiries 

• Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions 

• Maintain accurate customer records and complete general administrative tasks and data entry 

• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate resolutions and ensure a smooth customer experience 

• Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives 

• Assist with additional administrative and support tasks as require.
