About The Role
The Program Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Operations Portfolio.
This role will provide additional support to the growing portfolio of projects and responsibilities will include:
Onboarding/offboarding
Jira set up
Project documentation management support
Scheduling meetings/room bookings
Assistance with resource tracking and administration and purchase order/invoice receipting, etc
Portfolio communication support and governance support
Reporting Line
This position reports to PMO Manager.
Engagement Type
This role is engaged on a casual, as-required basis. There is no guarantee of ongoing or regular work. Hours will vary depending on operational requirements.
