Sign Writer/ Sign -Vinyl Installer

About the role

Scope Signs is seeking a skilled and experienced Sign Writer/Sign Vinyl Installer to join our team in Prestons, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality signage solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for installing vinyl signage that enhance our clients' brand presence. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the signage industry and ensuring our clients receive professional, visually striking results.

Key responsibilities

• Install vinyl signs, decals and wraps on various vehicles

• Main task will be installing graphics/decals onsite to motor homes at Penrith with the flexibility to work on other projects

• Prepare surfaces and ensure proper application of all signage materials to guarantee durability and visual appeal

• Measure and mark out sign layouts accurately before installation

• Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order and safe operating condition

• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction with completed work

• Adhere to health and safety standards on all job sites

• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship

• Contribute to the smooth running of the workshop and site operations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sign Writer or Vinyl Installer, ideally with 3+ years in the signage industry

• Strong proficiency in vinyl installation techniques

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

• Health and Safety awareness and commitment to working safely

• Preferred: Relevant qualifications in signage or trades; experience with vehicle wrapping
