About the Role

As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in inspiring young minds and leading educational excellence within the Kindy room.

• Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality practices
• Foster a love of learning through child-led enquiry and meaningful community connections
• Build strong partnerships with families and local schools
• Design, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs tailored to each child’s individual strengths and interests
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding the National Quality Standards (NQS)

About You

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Registration (if applicable)
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid certification including asthma and anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young learners
