Aftermarket Parts & Accessories Sales and Admin

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts & Accessories team member to join our growing caravan and trailer parts team. In this dual-focus role, you will assist both retail walk-in customers and trade accounts, helping them find the exact components they need while supporting our daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Deliver exceptional service to retail customers and trade accounts.

• Expert Guidance: Accurately identify, source, and recommend caravan and trailer parts, towing equipment, and accessories.

• Administrative Support: Manage Point of Sale (POS) transactions, process invoices, handle stock ordering, book appointments, email management and maintain accurate inventory records. 

• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving incoming stock, stocktake auditing, merchandising the showroom floor, and liasing with suppliers

• Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve store efficiency, and contribute ideas to help expand the parts and accessories division.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, warehousing, or customer service—ideally within the automotive, caravan, trailer, or heavy machinery parts industry.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with everyday campers as well as professional trade mechanics.

• Tech Literacy: Comfortable working with POS systems, inventory management software, and general administrative tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).

• Organisation: High attention to detail and strong organisational skills to balance customer service with back-of-house admin tasks.

• Growth Mindset: A proactive, ambitious attitude with a genuine desire to learn the industry and grow alongside the company.

• Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia

• Must hold a current Drivers License.
