Senior Client Coordinator - Funding Division

We are seeking a mature, professional and highly driven Senior Client Coordinator to join our growing funding division.
This is a client-facing position suited to someone who is confident communicating with people, highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
The Role
As a Senior Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients who have expressed an interest in exploring funding opportunities.
You will act as an important first point of contact, helping prospective clients understand the next steps, gathering relevant information and coordinating their progression through our funding process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting and following up prospective clients and inbound leads- Speaking with individuals who have expressed an interest in accessing funding- Building rapport and maintaining professional client relationships- Understanding each client's circumstances and requirements- Coordinating appointments and next steps with the relevant internal team- Maintaining accurate client records and follow-up activity- Managing a consistent outreach and follow-up cadence- Providing a high standard of communication throughout the client journey- Working closely with the wider funding team to progress suitable opportunities- Following established processes, systems and compliance requirements

Training & Support
No previous funding or financial-services experience is necessary.
Full training will be provided, including our systems, client journey, outreach processes and the fundamentals required to confidently perform the role.
Working Arrangements
The position is Perth based, with the ability to work either remotely or from our Perth office, depending on the successful applicant and operational requirements.
